AOC is dedicated to shifting the lived experience of Black women and youth through offering an ecosystem of resources that centers the healing, development, and relational needs that are specific to Black women and youth.
Available Programs
EmpowerHer Health is a comprehensive program designed to address the unique health challenges faced by Black women and girls. An estimated 8 out of 10 Black women have experienced some form of trauma. Our mission is to promote sustainable well-being through education, advocacy, and community support. By prioritizing holistic health and empowerment, we aim to create positive and lasting change in the lives of Black women and girls everywhere.

The Distinguished Young Ambassadors Program is a pioneering program designed to empower middleschool and high school-aged young Black men to become change agents in their communities. This comprehensive initiative combines leadership development, life skills training, and community engagement to equip participants with the tools and mindset needed to succeed personally, academically, and socially.

Elevated Outcomes is a leadership development program that supports young minority girls and women through mentorship, coaching, and educational workshops. This program is one of several entry points for young women of color to engage in Ambassadors of Change programs.
AOC fundamentally shares in mission to encourage, empower and enlighten communities, states and nations. Elevated Outcomes will cultivate an expansion mindset through educational forums and events that impact our communities and subsequently our nation and the world.

The LeadHership Cohort is a dynamic and transformative program designed specifically for Black women who aspire to excel as leaders and change agents in their respective communities. This 5-month immersive experience is carefully curated to provide participants with the necessary tools, resources, and support to unlock their full potential and thrive as impactful leaders and change agents.
